Dr Thomas Giblin

Dentists Hobart welcomes Dr Thomas Giblin in Mona Vale, for all their latest dental treatments and techniques, given gently by their caring team of dentists.

Dr Giblin graduated from the University of Sydney’s Bachelor of Dentistry with Honours in 2004. He then worked on the Mid North Coast at Woolgoolga, before gaining acceptance to the University Of Texas Health Science Centre at San Antonio in their Graduate Advanced Prosthodontics Program. This 3 year residency is widely regarded as one of the best such programs in the USA. Whilst there he gained a broad range of experiences, learning both traditional and the more cutting edge techniques. Dr Giblin is interested in many areas of dentistry, but has a heavy focus on dental implants, occlusion and aesthetic dentistry. Dr Giblin is also very interested in the technical aspect of prosthodontics and the practice is rare in that it has its own full service dental laboratory, with the latest in sophisticated CAD/CAM technology. All crowns, bridges and dentures made on site, this way the quality and accuracy of all work can be controlled during fabrication.
