We have been doing so professionally for many years at our 2 practices in Frankston and Traralgon. Our highly qualified periodontists, Dr Andrew Stonnnil and Dr Binh Tran are both Australian graduates.

Services

Our practice deals with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of gum disease. This may involve deep root planning and/or gum surgery. Regular maintenance of gum health following initial treatment is provided on a 3, 6 or 12 monthly basis depending on the severity of the condition. All aspect of implant surgery is provided from surgical extraction, preservation of the socket, bone grafting and implant placement. Cosmetic soft tissue surgery involving gum graft for recession defects & gum lift.

Periodontists are dental professionals who have undertaken specialist training focusing on the treatment of periodontal (gum) disease and other oral conditions affecting the soft and hard tissue of the mouth. They are also highly trained in placement of dental implants, gum surgery and bone grafting.
